The Executive Lounge access was very nice, with helpful staff. Breakfast at Plates offered many options and efficient service. I thank Rahsmika, Sameera, Vinoth, and Mahesh for keeping everything running smoothly. The new Cheers Bar provided good drinks and food.

the breakfast buffet was wonderful. the poolside area felt lovely and peaceful. the evening dj played excellent music, i enjoyed it so much.
The hotel gave me this as an alternative since my original hotel needed work. after my flight, i asked for a quiet room because i felt tired. the staff showed me to room 337, it smelled damp and the bathroom looked a little worn. Twice. i went to try to sleep but realized i was above the bar, the music played until 2 or 3 am.
